The Phil Morton Memorial Research Archive. COPY < IT > RIGHT. 2007 - PRESENT. In 2007 jonCates initiated the Phil Morton Memorial Research Archive in the Film, Video, New Media and Animation department at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago through a generous donation from Morton's surviving partner, the late Barb Abramo.
Peter Kusek is currently working with the Archive, digitizing materials and managing video transfers and uploads. Chelsey Hoff and Michael Miles previously assisted in the development of the current state of the Archive.
Lenka Dolanová was the first Fulbright Scholar to work with the Archive, on the initial digitization. Jon Satrom assisted in the initial acquisition of the Archive.
